Delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the delivery address, the weight and the total volume of the ordered items, in order to ensure the most exact cost.

FRANCE

Mondial Relay / 3 - 5 days

Your parcel is delivered in the World Relay point chosen when ordering. You will receive a notification by email when it is available. To pick up your parcel, do not forget to bring an ID and check the opening hours of your relay point to avoid any unpleasant surprise!

Colissimo / 48h

You will receive your parcel directly to the filled in delivery address. In case of absence, the parcel will be deposited in the nearest post office and you will be able to pick it up with your ID within 15 days.

Chronopost / 24h

Your parcel will be delivered before 1pm even on Saturday to the filled in delivery address. In case of absence, the parcel will be deposited in the nearest post office and you will be able to pick it up with your ID within 15 days.

UPS Standard / 24 - 72h

The delivery will be made before 7pm at your address. In case of absence, a notice of transit will be sent to you by UPS to inform you where your parcel is located (delivered to your neighbor or concierge, deposited in a UPS Point Access relay) or if the deliveryman has planned to deliver it the next working day (excluding holidays). If you wish to reschedule another delivery date you can log in to ups.com and enter your parcel number on the transit notice. However, you may be charged for this reprogramming.

UPS Express / 1 - 5 days

Your parcel will be delivered directly to you.
In case of absence, a notice of transit will be sent to you by UPS to inform you where your parcel is located (delivered to your neighbor or concierge, deposited in a UPS Point Access relay) or if the deliveryman will deliver it the next working day (excluding holidays). MONDE

Fedex international / 24 - 48 h

Your parcel will be delivered directly to the filled in delivery address. In case of absence, Fedex will contact you in order to reschedule a delivery, at the date and place of your choice.

UPS Express / 1 - 5 days

Your parcel will be delivered directly to you. In case of absence, a notice of transit will be sent to you by UPS to inform you where your parcel is located (delivered to your neighbor or concierge, deposited in a UPS Point Access relay) or if the deliveryman will deliver it the next working day (excluding holidays). If you wish to reschedule another delivery date you can log in to ups.com and enter your parcel number on the transit notice. However, you may be charged for this reprogramming.

*All delivery times above do not take into account the time required to prepare your order. Delivery times are in working days. No refund of shipping costs will be accepted in case of delivery within a period longer than indicated.

** For shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance fees are to be provided. They will be at your expense. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to fix the amount because customs clearance policies and import taxes vary a lot from one country to another.

Return / exchange or refund

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. This return will however be at your expense except if the product is defective or wrong. You can return the parcel by Colissimo (against signature) or Chronopost to our address:

In case of receipt of a defective or wrong product, please send an email to agathe@lepetitlucasdutertre.com.

Please specify in this email the following information so that we can generate a return slip to your name:

• Your details : name, first name, telephone number, address
• The reference of your order
• The product (s) concerned by the error or deterioration
• If you prefer an exchange or refund
• In case of exchange, what other product you would like to receive

A return slip is sent back to you by e-mail. You just have to print it and stick it on your parcel. We will then proceed to the exchange or refund if the returned products are in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition with the original purchase invoice.
