All orders are processed by the warehouse within 24 working hours.

Delivery is then made at the price and within the deadlines of the chosen delivery method:

Receipt within 3 business days from shipment from warehouse.

Please note, the post office keeps your package for 15 days from notification of delivery.

- EXPRESS DELIVERY to your home with signature - by Chronopost

Reception within 24 working hours from dispatch from the warehouse.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are shipped the same day - excluding Fridays, weekends and public holidays.

- WITHDRAWAL FROM A RELAY POINT

Reception at the relay point within 3 to 8 working days from dispatch by the warehouse.

NB: the choice of collection point is made after payment.

Please note the point keeps your package for 6 days from notification of its availability.

- CLICK & COLLECT

You can also collect your order in our store in Paris, 117 rue de Turenne - 75003.

Every week, order until Tuesday midnight and collect your order from the following Friday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at 117 rue de Turenne 75003 Paris.

Please note , orders placed after Tuesday midnight will be delivered on Friday of the following week.

Also, clearly distinguish the possibility of collecting your order by click & collect from availability in store! When an item is on pre-order, it is not available in store but you can collect it in store when it becomes available.

For information, we keep your package for 1 month from notification of its availability.

RETURNS are free from France and Europe (excluding UK, Norway, Switzerland & Denmark) for all products (except mattresses). You have 14 days from receipt of your package to send us your return request.

ORDER

After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email including the invoice. Don't hesitate to check your spam. We are also available at hello@lucasdutertre.com

Once your order has been validated, it is not possible to add or delete items or modify one model for another.

Once your order has been shipped and taken care of by the chosen carrier, you will be able to follow its delivery with the tracking number received by email.

How do pre-orders work?

When an item is on pre-order, we tell you the estimated delivery date. Please note, we do not separate the sending of orders. If you have another item that is not pre-ordered in your cart and you are in a hurry, we recommend placing two separate orders. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for more details on: hello@lucasdutertre.com

If you find the pre-order time long for cash flow, payment in 3 or 4 installments is without constraint and possible with Alma at the time of payment.

PRODUCTS & CARE

All our products are machine washable with a mild detergent. However, we recommend that you do the first washes separately or add an anti-fading wipe.

For throws, they can be machine washed or dry cleaned. They can also be put in the dryer. Don’t hesitate to slide a tennis ball into the drum to “beat” the filling.

You often break up, but why does it take so long?

We understand your impatience but our craftsmen follow the pace of their expertise, they do their best.

PAYMENT

It is possible to pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bancontact) or via Paypal. Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order is validated on our eshop.

Banking transactions carried out on our eshop are processed by our partner Mollie (for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bancontact) which offers a strict security system.
